We were hired by Five One Taxis to develop a Text a Taxi booking system for their company. With intelligent sentence recognition their customers can now order a taxi by sending a natural message such as 'going from a to b'. Messages are then processed and automatically interpreted by the system.
Completely automated, the bookings are displayed to the opeators in a Windows Application, and confirmation messages are sent back to the sender with the click of a single button.
